Thank you for choosing Wellness First Family Chiropractic. I wanted to let you know that my follow-up visit fee will increase from $55 to $70.
The new fee is effective immediately for all new patients. As a thank you for your continued trust and support, patients established before 8/1/2026 will continue to receive the $55 rate through 8/31/2026, with the new fee taking effect for all patients on 9/1/2026.
This is my first fee adjustment in over two years and reflects the increasing costs of running a practice while allowing me to continue providing the unhurried, individualized care that is so important to me. My goal has always been to spend the time needed to truly listen, assess, and provide the hands-on care each patient deserves, rather than increasing patient volume.
Thank you for your understanding and for trusting me with your care. It is a privilege to be part of your wellness journey, and I look forward to continuing to care for you for years to come.

Dr. Densmore was raised in a large family and cares very much for every person that comes through the door. Her mission is to educate the patients in her practice and empower them through the many stages of their lives. Dr. Densmore completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Montana Western. After this, she pursued her passion for chiropractic care and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. While at Palmer, she was a teaching assistant and helped teach her fellow students in the different technique courses that are offered. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is pursuing additional training in pediatrics and pregnancy through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, ICPA. Dr. Densmore has a great love of working with mommas and kiddos and is excited to help all her patients reach their greatest potential. In her spare time, Dr. Densmore loves to participate at church, play the piano and cello, read, and go for hikes with her Great Dane, Evie.
